Registration

1How do I get a receipt for my registration?
Once you are registered for the TIIDM conference you will be able to Print your confirmation which will be sent on your email.
2What if I need to pay by check?

3Cancellation & Refund Policy?
Cancellation requests must be made in writing and received no later than 10 October 2019.

No refunds or credit will be provided for cancellations made after. 10 October 2019.

A $50 (USD) cancellation fee will be deducted from conference registration refunds . If TIIDM cancels any event, you will receive notification of the cancellation and a full refund.

Registration payments made via credit card will be refunded to the original credit card and will be processed four to six weeks after the conference. Otherwise, a refund check will be issued. Send request by email to tiidm@arbitrationhub.org

Registration forms must be received (and full payment included) on or before these dates in order to be eligible for early registration fees.

5Are there any discounts available?
FICM+MCN, GBCC, ICDT members receive a special registration fee..

Members of other organizations having cooperation agreements or strategic tie ups also get special member rates. .

Students and retired professionals are eligible for special rates.

Individuals can volunteer during the conference to earn discounted registration fees. This option does not apply to the law firms or the practicing professionals.
6Where should I stay?
TIIDM has negotiated special rates with few hotels. To get assistance in the hotel books, please contact one of our support staff.

A Facebook group is available(link is external) to help facilitate connections with others who wish to share a ride or a room.

Transportation & Visas

1How do I obtain a visa letter of invitation?
Upon your Registration as an International participant, TIIDM normally issues letter of Invitation to all registrants. The registration or letter of invitation does not guarantee you a visa. Please check with the Indian embassy in your country for visa requirements or contact our representative who will guide you with the visa process.

Sponsorship, Exhibiting & Advertising

1What are my options for exhibiting and advertising at the conference?
Prices vary based on a variety of factors. Information on advertising and exhibiting is available with our advertising support executive. Please mail your inquiries to tiidm@arbitrationhub.org Early bird pricing will be available until July 15.

3I'm a nonprofit; do you offer discounts?
Yes, we offer nonprofit rates for both exhibiting and advertising at the conference. Please contact us at tiidm@arbitrationhub.org
4What opportunities are available for sponsorship?

5What should I expect if I choose to participate as an exhibitor or sponsor?
You should expect the best opportunity to make an impact on a national and international level by participating and partnering with TIIDM. Our staff works tirelessly to ensure that our exhibitors have the chance to be successful in promoting their organization.
6As an exhibitor, do I have access to the attendee list?
Yes, but certain information is available to certain participation levels at various times. Please see our Sponsor Kit for details.
7How do I ship my supplies to the hotel?
All shipping information will be provided by our event support staff. Please mail us at tiidm@arbitrationhub.org.
8When is set up and tear down?
Set up is always the day prior to the first day of the conference. Please check with our event support staff for specific times and locations about set up and tear down at tiidm@arbitrationhub.org
9What deadlines do I need to know?
We don’t have too many, but the ones we have are important. Please reference your exhibitor packet and the first page will tell you all the deadlines you need to know. Don’t be late!
10What’s the next step after I become a sponsor for something? What am I responsible for?
This varies based upon your sponsorship. Our conference staff will be in touch with you about the details.

Presenters & Speakers

1What should I do if I want to present at conference?
You may send your expression of interest to speak at the meet with details about your profile and the topics that you may want to present.;
2What is the process for speaker selection?
Speakers are selected based on their background, expertise and how their topic presentation fits into our conference objectives.
3What happens after I submit my Interest?
Our speaker selection committee will review your qualifications and presentation and notify you about the status of your proposal once it’s reviewed.
4How do I pick a topic for the conference?
The event website and brochure contains the details about the agenda and specific talk points that we will take in this 2019 meet. Speakers can select a topic from any of these talk points and submit at the earliest.
5Do I need to register if I’m speaking?
We will compile the list of speakers in the final agenda and register everyone who is speaking. Someone on our team will reach out if additional contact info is needed to do so.

Volunteers

1Do volunteers receive a discount?
Individuals can volunteer during the conference to earn discounted registration fees. This option does not apply to the Practitioners or law firm partners.
2What do volunteers do?
This is a sampling of the types of work our volunteers assist with:

Taking tickets at lunch and other events
Helping in the office
Assisting with special events
